Headline News - July 2010

Sandy Lampman, Executive Director

We are committed to sharing the information we learned during the mission review process. The last newsletter included the first set of results. Here is what we heard from you regarding events:

  • While nearly 80% of you are aware of the Family Weekend (now known as the Wisconsin Bleeding Disorders Conference) fewer than 31% of you attend the event. Please note that we had record numbers this year though, so we are making progress already! Spread the word.

  • Your reasons for not attending were overwhelmingly No Need/No Interest and Too Busy. Several individuals indicated that the convenience of location weighs into their decision whether to attend. We want to provide relevant and convenient information – please share your ideas on how we can best serve you in this busy world!

We encourage you to contact any of us at GLHF to share your ideas and thoughts. You can contact us toll free at 888.797.4543 or by emailing us at info@glhf.org.

We’ll continue to share information from the market research in upcoming newsletters. As we develop plans for the future around the information we have gathered, we will be sure to keep you informed.
