The summer is a perfect time to get outside, get moving, and support a great cause all at the same time. With this in mind, GLHF is hosting three walks across the state for you to enjoy! 

 

Walk with us!

Pick your date, pick your place and join us for a Walk in 2010.

It’s easy! Ask your friends to join your team! Create a fun and goofy name. Target a fundraising goal! (Visit the glhf.org to learn more about online giving) Motivate your team to raise donations. Collect the donations, and bring the donations and your fellow walkers to the Walk.

GLHF is teaming up with NHF and 14 other chapters across the nation to host Wisconsin’s first Hemophilia Walk. Join us on Saturday, September 25th at Harvest Fair. Special announcement: you’ll get the chance to meet our Honorary Walk Chair - Casey FitzRandolph, 2002 Olympic gold medalist speed skating.

Join our Hemophilia Walk Kickoff on Wednesday, July 21st from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. Everyone’s invited to gear up for Wisconsin’s first Hemophilia Walk! Share & learn ideas with games, the chance to win Brewers tickets, food, fun, and learn how to win AirTran Airlines tickets at the Walk.

 Bonus! After the Kickoff enjoy a FREE concert by The Toys at the Bud Pavillion.

Walk with the Animals- Madison, WI

 

For the second year in a row, GLHF will be hosting a Walk in the Madison area. Join us as we Walk with the Animals on Saturday, August 7th at Henry Vilas Park.  All walkers who raise a minimum of $25 will receive a gift! Don’t forget you can fund raise online too!

Friendship Walk for Bleeding Disorders – Menasha, WI

 

Fox Valley area we have a walk for you, brand new in 2010 we are proud to introduce The Friendship Walk for Bleeding Disorder. The walk will take place along the Friendship Trail at Schildt Park on September 18, 2010.
