Brumder Mansion Suite

The Brumder Mansion Bed & Breakfast has donated a one night stay in a Whirlpool Suite along with the use of their dining room for a special dinner for up to 8 guests. The Brumder Mansion has old world charm, modern amenities and is within easy reach of downtown Milwaukee. The Ballroom Theatre was renovated during 2009, as well as the bathrooms, wood flooring and new walls.

Local chef, Carla Haas, has kindly donated her time to prepare a meal for up to 8 guests. Chef Haas specializes in nutritional needs as well as bakery and pastries. She is a Certified Chef de Cuisines (CCC) and also has her Certified Pastry Chef (CPC).
This item will be used in our voice auction and will be a great way to celebrate a night out with your closest friends!

White Jasmine Cooking Class

Huma Siddiqui, President of White Jasmine and host of the weekly cooking show “White Jasmine Everyday Cooking” on NBC15, has donated a private cooking class called “The Spice Box” for up to 10 people. The class will be held at Allen Kitchen and Bath Showroom in Milwaukee.

Huma will be teaching all about flavorful spices and mouthwatering recipes that can be created in minutes. A few of the items on the menu include Karahi Chicken (tender chicken cooked with turmeric, garam masala and garlic in an onion, pepper and tomato sauce with fresh cilantro), Palak Dal (lentils cooked with fresh spinach and topped with caramelized onions) and Raita (delicious yogurt sauce with cumin and fresh cilantro).
